CEED Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates who either have a degree or are about to appear in it are eligible to take this entrance examination. However, there are some important rules which a candidate needs to bear in mind.
Every aspirant of UCEED must bear the following rules in mind:

Students from other countries with an equivalent or higher degree are also eligible for the examination

Each student can appear for a maximum of two times in two consecutive years for the examination. The scores of the examination remain valid for one year and are taken into consideration for the admission of students in the same academic year.

CRITERION 3 – QUALIFYING EXAMINATION:

The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (Graduation Exam)

Note: Candidates from the Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as subjects are eligible to apply to all the four institutes. Candidates from any other stream (Science without Maths or Physics or Chemistry, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible to apply to only IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur, not IIT Guwahati.
